Privacy Policy
The online stores trisa.ee, trisa.lv, and trisa.lt (hereinafter “Webshop”) are operated by PISAK OÜ (registry code 14947364).
Processing of Personal Data
By using the Webshop, the customer gives the Seller clear and informed consent for the processing of their personal data.
The personal data provided to the Seller is entered into the customer database and used for the purpose of providing the sales service and offering products to the customer.
The Seller stores the customer’s contact information and purchase history submitted during order placement. This information is treated as confidential and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Personal data necessary for shipping the products will be forwarded to the chosen delivery service provider.
Payment is made outside of the Webshop environment, in the secure payment environment of the respective bank or service provider. The Webshop does not have access to the customer’s bank or credit card details.
The Seller may use the customer's personal data to send special offers and campaign information via email only if the customer has given explicit consent.
Data transfer between the customer, banks, and payment processors is encrypted, ensuring the security of personal and payment information.
The Webshop uses the customer’s personal data (including name, phone number, address, email address, and payment details) solely for processing the order and delivering the goods.
Personal data is shared with delivery partners only for the purpose of shipping orders (such as Omniva, Itella Smartpost, DPD, or UniSend).
PISAK OÜ is the data controller. Payment-related personal data necessary for processing transactions is transmitted to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
The Webshop sends newsletters and offers to the customer’s email address only if the customer has subscribed by entering their email on the website and confirming their desire to receive marketing communications.
Customers can unsubscribe from newsletters at any time by notifying us at info@pisak.ee or by using the unsubscribe link included in each marketing email.
Withdrawal of Consent
If the processing of personal data is based on the customer’s consent, the customer may withdraw that consent at any time by notifying customer support via email at info@pisak.ee.
Data Retention
When a Webshop customer account is closed, personal data is deleted unless certain information must be kept for accounting or consumer dispute resolution purposes.
If a purchase was made without creating a customer account, order information is stored for three years.
In case of payment or consumer disputes, personal data is retained until the claim is settled or until the limitation period expires.
Personal data required for accounting purposes is retained for seven years.
Deletion of Personal Data
To request deletion of personal data, the customer must contact customer support by email.
A response will be provided within one month, including information about the timeframe for deleting the data.
Data Portability
Requests for personal data portability submitted via email will be answered within one month. Customer support will verify identity and inform the customer which data can be transferred.
Direct Marketing
The email address is used for sending direct marketing messages (newsletters) only if the customer has provided explicit consent.
If the customer no longer wishes to receive marketing emails, they may unsubscribe via the link in the email footer or by contacting customer support.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes related to personal data processing are resolved through customer support (info@pisak.ee).
The supervisory authority is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (info@aki.ee).
